Our Story
In 1600, the Jesuits arrived in Oliena bringing revolutionary cultivation techniques. They planted an olive grove that still produces exceptional quality olives today.
The Solinas family are guardians of this centuries-old heritage, carrying on an artisanal tradition that combines respect for nature with passion for excellence.
