Nera di Oliena
Also called Niedda or Ulianedda in Sardinian
The Nera di Oliena is one of the rarest and most precious cultivars in Sardinia. Its name already tells its story: it was born here, at the foot of Monte Corrasi, in the territory of Oliena.

Late (December-January), when the olive reaches full ripeness

Large (4.5-5g), spherical shape, black at full maturity

Limited but of the highest quality

- Notes of green tomato, basil and fresh almond

Bosana
The queen cultivar of Sardinia
Bosana is the most widespread variety in Sardinia, originally from the Bosa area. It is a vigorous and resistant cultivar, perfectly adapted to the Mediterranean climate.
